Failed. :(

The cute little house we wanted can't be financed on the type of loan we are eligible for. So we can't get it. We're bummed. But I guess that is what is supposed to happen. Now we are going to start looking at houses. again. Not too thrilled about that, but it should be exciting. Just thought you all would want to know.
