I'm going to do this week in 2 segments. We started out the week with a bang. We've been trying to get our drip-line irrigation finished for the garden. The drip-line is supposed to be more water efficient and more cost efficient. We've been working on it after work for about a week. We finally got it done on Wednesday and it works GREAT!! I took the pictures with the iPod, so they aren't the BEST pictures I've ever taken. But they show the jest of the setup. We ran 3/4 inch pipe around almost 2 sides of our yard. There are 8 valves (soon to be nine after we have used it a few days) on the line. 2 control spigots (one in the front by the chicken coop, one in the back by the fire pit), 2 control the tree's drip-lines (one for the fruit trees that aren't planted yet, 1 for the cotton-less cotton woods that aren't in the picture) and 4 control 4 different segments in the garden. We can run all the garden and the cottonwoods at once. But we have to turn them all off to get the front spigot going, so we're going to put a valve before all of those so we can easily turn on the water for the chickens. Anyways, we're really excited with how it turned out! And hopefully we'll be able to afford watering our garden this year!!

By the way, E can climb out of her crib. It has been a month (at least!!) now. But her favorite trick is to pull shirts off the hangers and get dressed again after naps. Or during naps. So she came down the other day wearing 2 of K's shirts. One as a shirt, the other as a skirt. Silly girl!

And this is how E came to me this week at my mom's house. She was thrilled that she had put all this on by herself. She really IS a silly girl!!
