The best part about going downtown to see the Keeper of the Flame is to walk on the river walk. The sidewalk goes RIGHT next to the river, and is very peaceful and pretty. At one point, the sidewalk splits. From the top level of the sidewalk, you can find the infamous Troll of Wichita. I don't know what the real name is, but my kids LOVED seeing it! It scared them for a few minutes, but when they realized it isn't real, they liked seeing it!
